IWA is very vigorous to contribute in nation building of India. Without gender, caste, religious bias, IWA does social activities since its cocoon stage. Makhdoomiyya implemented a seven-year curriculum. The institute provides students with the opportunity to study Islamic science and general education at the higher secondary level for the first two years.
The remaining five years are to complete the Bachelor (Mukhthasar) level in Islamic education. Along with Islamic education, a degree and proficiency in Urdu, Arabic and English languages are offered.
After seven years, the institute provides facilities for students who are interested and aspiring for higher studies. World class courses like Civil Service and MBA can also be done according to the tastes and interests of the students with the help of the institute.
